Had a pretty good weekend. First time in as long as I can remember that I actually managed to stay under 3000 kcals for all three days lol. Especially the saturdays.

Had a really good week this week. Started counting calories again from Oct 9th to Oct 16th. It is much easier to count calories when working from home, at least it seems it. That motivates me to keep it up. My wedding is in May, second date since Corona botched our October 10th plans. But, it's a second chance. Might have to revisit my goal of 220?

I've been trying a 2000kcal diet instead of my usual 1650-1750kcal, I wasn't expecting the weight to drop this fast lol, at this pace I might crush my goal way before the end of December. I'll take it!Brazilian Crew |<o>|

Pull-ups PB of 7 this week - but doing every two days now cause of a persistently sore left bicep. Should I just be taking a week off/doing light bicep work to let this muscle recover (it seems to be only affected in pulling motions)?
In other news got a bike and enjoying the outdoors with it.

So only 0,3 kg loss this week. Not what I expected based on the amount of calories eaten, but it is what it is. On the other hand tape measure shows that my waist is shrinking nicely so I am not yet going to change anything. Maybe my body is just holding on to some excess water weight for some reason.

I made a mistake in kg to lbs conversion I see. Last week was not 240.1 but 240.6 lbs, which makes this weeks loss 0.7 lbs.
Expected a much higher loss based on the mirror and calories taken in, but it's okay I guess. A loss is a loss and I'll take it.

I felt this to be another solid week of counting, however, the scale didn't go down. Doesn't bother me! I know my fiance and I were on point with counting / exercising everyday! Walked / Ran a total of 33 miles this last week.

Starting weight 105kg / 231.5lbs
Goal = 100kg / 220.5lbs or under
Oct 2: 105kg / 231.5lbs
Oct 9: 105.kg/231.5lbs
Oct 16: 106.2kg/234.1lbs
Oct 23: 105.4kg/232.3lbs
Starting to make progress finally and push that weight down.
Shame about the scales I had it would have been nice to know my true weight on the first two weigh ins but thats done with now.
Still trying to stick to 2600 calories on non training days and 3000 on training days.
Seems to be working for me and keeping the hunger at bay. Every day I've been eating 236 gram of protein, the carbs and fats have been tailored to how I feel that day.
All the best this week 🙌

Oct 16: 80.6kg (178lb)

Pull-ups steady at 7 - been using an elbow/bicep sleeve that feels really helpful and means I'm comfortable doing daily grease the groove. Bicep still feels sore particularly at the top of the ROM (e.g. when my forearms and biceps are touching each other).
Started a C25K (couch to 5km) program this week.
