    Reached my amended goal.
    I've come so much further than I expected to.
    Im currently the lightest I have been since 2014.
    Im going to continue riding this wave through Christmas and beyond to hopefully get under 90kg which would be my ultimate goal.
    The weight is dropping off at the moment but it will soon slow down and the grind will come but I am determined.
    As I stated before if anyone is starting another thread I will happily join again.

    Past few days showed not much progress on the scale, was beginning to think there'd be no change this week, thankfully it dropped a significant amount today.

    I did have some beers this week which brought me 500kcal over my goal on one of the days and a meal with a ton of sodium on another day, probably brought in some water weight which dropped after my 5k yesterday haha.

    0.3kg loss for me this week. Last week I lost more, so losing less this week was expected. The goal that I set for myself a couple of weeks a go was 94.9 kg, so 0.1kg left to lose in four days. After that it will be 11 day christmas vacation and diet break. I'll probably continue cutting in the beginning of January and try to finally get under 90 kg.

    Fell 1.1kg short of my goal. Upper 4 abs are visible when flexed now, I think I'm around 15%. I'll try my best to stay at this weight until February, then I'll run another cut, where I'd like to get down to 74kg, then lean bulk for at least 6 months. Eventually I'd like to be 80kg with abs (which I think is reasonable at my height of 6'1"), but it looks like that will take at least another year.

    0.6 kg loss for me fir this final weigh in. Honestly a bit more than I expected. So I got below 95kg which was my goal and total loss was 5.4 kg. It is pretty much what I expected in this timeframe and I consider this a successful cut. Tomorrow starts 11 day diet break and vacation. Sad thing is that my throat got sore on Monday and now I feel like I might be getting sick. I just hope it does not get too bad so it does not ruin my vacation. I also got tested for covid yesterday and just got the result which was negative, so regular flu it seems...

    Not bad at all! Didn't reach the 2nd goal but that's okay, this past week I've eaten at around maintenance for a couple days so the loss was a bit less than usual.
