Increased my deficit by 250 calories, adherence was good this week, but I had a night at the pub yesterday. Didn't overeat, but the food was rich and I had a couple of pints. Hoping to drop a whole kilo next week.

I guess I'm getting to that point in the cut where you get hungry in the end of the day, so ended up having a 150-200kcal night snack on 3/7 days this week. Also had a date night where I probably consumed an extra 500kcal ish above my goal of 2000kcal, but that's all fine, I was losing a bit too fast anyway, and I'm happy whenever I can make cutting less of a chore and still progress, balanced life and all that stuff, I'm in no rush like I usually was in my teens haha.

0.5 kg loss this week. Gotta be happy with that. It has become painfully obvious that my TDEE is lower that it was last time I was losing weight. Dunno why, because activity level is quite similar as back then... It is what it is. I guess I just have dig deep.

    Goal achieved 👏
Biggest drop in weight for a while which has left me a bit confused as my average calories have been higher than usual.
Some of my tracksuit bottoms are physically loose now.
I haven't been going hungry at all either, to be honest I'm starting to struggle to get the food in.
    Average calories eaten 2498
    Protein 197 carbs 203 fat 95

The gyms opened in the Uk wednesday finally which is a huge bonus for me.
I have been doing a lot of hill walking and exploring this past week which I've really enjoyed even in the cold conditions.
Goal will be readjusted for the last 3 weeks to 97.5kg

Again I will be looking to continue cutting over christmas and beyond as I am making that much progress I may aswell keep pushing through.

0.4 kg loss this week. I did not set a goal in the beginning of this challenge, but now I feel I really want to see a number below 95kg in the final weigh in, so 94.9kg shall be the goal. so 1.1 kg in three weeks should not be too hard, but for some reason it seems that every I set weight loss goal I somehow manage to fail at reaching that goal. I am not superstitious, but it almost feels like setting a goal will jinx my weight loss progress.

Got plenty of bloat from a not so great night last night. Wish that hadn't happened because it's given me a chitty reading for the thread today! Yesterday I weighed in at 69.3kg/152.8lb so balanced weight is probably closer to that. Have to be honest for the thread though

Seems unlikely I'll reach my goal at this stage, but the scale is still going in the right direction, just slower than I would like. Starting to get some ab definition now, which is always nice.

Short term goal reached! Way earlier than I expected too. This week I've been quarantining so I didn't work out, but I've jogged most days. The semester in uni is over and I'm going back to the home town where I'll stay at my mom's for the foreseeable future, so didn't wanna risk catching anything in this last stretch. Looking forward to using my home gym again.

Pretty normal for me, I usually lose at least 10-15% off my bench during a cut. I've been back at maintenance for 2 months now and have gained back exactly 0 lbs after my cut and my bench is right back where it was previously.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

    Dec 11: 98.5kg/217.15lbs

I have been around the 99.2kg weight all week, had a 16 mile walk yesterday through some hills and countryside here in the uk.
Also did a 10 mile one Monday, much prefer cardio that way than stuck on a treadmill.
Next week I can't go on my long walk on the Thursday so it will be more of a true weight.
    Weekly average
    Calories 2478
    Protein 220
    Carbs 201 fats 81

Going to aim to lower the weekly average calories by 100 but to be fair what I am doing now is working so why change a winning team?

Bench is always first to go :/ My theory is that it is because you use your chest for next to nothing besides maybe pushing open a door in daily life, therefore in a deficit it atrophies more quickly than say your leg or back muscles no matter how intensely you train it, your body just doesn't need a strong chest

Forgot to weigh-in last week, but I weigh daily so have recorded the 4/12 info too.

21 days now since doing pull-ups, the left bicep is feeling only very slightly sore when flexed hard - may give it a go again this weekend.

Modified the couch to 5k (C25K) program from Week 5 onwards, and ran my first 5k in Week 6 - been continuing with the running three times a week, progressively increasing my pace and time run and as a result distance. Been really enjoying seeing my endurance build up here and building towards a sub-25min 5k and sub-60min 10k. Hoping to get into park runs in 2021.
