Well, at least a bigger loss than last week, but given the calories eaten during the last four weeks or so and the amount of execrise, I think the weight should be dropping faster. It is what is. Loss is a loss still, but it is hard to be happy when it feels like the effort put into this don't match with results. Quite honestly I have never had such difficult time losing weight as now.

    Starting weight 105kg / 231.5lbs
    Goal = 100kg / 220.5lbs or under

    Oct 2: 105kg / 231.5lbs
    Oct 9: 105.kg/231.5lbs
    Oct 16: 106.2kg/234.1lbs
    Oct 23: 105.4kg/232.3lbs
    Oct 30: 103.1kg/227.3lbs

Had a very good week of reasonably clean eating,
I ate 2350 a day with 225-230g of protein every single day, a lot of egg whites, chicken, pork with no fat and whey protein.
I am in the gym for the next 3 days now after 3 off so I will see if my strength/energy has dipped if it has I will add a few more calories back this week.
It was a bigger dip in weight than I expected but I can only assume thats mainly water and plenty of time to go for that target of under 100kg

    My OP: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...post1618266291

    Starting weight - September 8 2020 : 95.8kg / 211.2lbs
    October 2 2020: 91.6kg / 202.9lbs
    October 9 2020: 90.6kg / 199.7lbs
    October 16 2020: 89.5kg / 197.3lbs
    October 23 2020: 88.4kg / 194.8lbs
    October 30 2020: 87.4kg / 192.6lbs
    November 6 2020: 85.8kg / 189.1lbs

Pull-ups steady at 7 - been using an elbow/bicep sleeve that feels really helpful and means I'm comfortable doing daily grease the groove. Bicep still feels sore particularly at the top of the ROM (e.g. when my forearms and biceps are touching each other).

Still on the C25K (couch to 5km) program, just finished week 2 (of 9 weeks) and cycling daily.

Will probably up the calories by ~150-200 a day this week to account for the almost 2kg loss and stay around 1kg per week.

As expected water weight played a factor in last weeks result but I'm coming in off a 12hr night shift with a belly full of food and water, also this week I had 2 days where I had a cold and literally ate as much as I could.
So I still take this as a small victory and eagerly look forward to next week.
My goal is still well within my grasp.
We have entered full lockdown in England for 4 weeks now I have no gym at all so I've dusted off the Mountain bike and I'm going to put some cardio in.
All the best everyone, keep it up

A pound this week, but have decided to start creatine so i expect some gains in the next few weeks. Ultimately it will help me though and i hope to do better once the gains happened and in the next 12 weeks after this set ends.

At least for me creatine makes me gain a couple of lbs pretty much instantly, like within day or two. So using it regularly almost like offsets my weight to slightly higher level and when I stop using it, I just lose a couple of extra pounds. We'll see if your body reacts the same way.

Hopefully that will be the case, I have read the debates on if to load or not, and have decided to take 10g a day for a 5 day just to try and speed up the saturation process, im on day three and only gained half a pound so far, but i am still on a calorie deficit and progress has been slow recently so may have lost more than that and it just looks like I have not gained much.

    Nov 6: 103.8kg/228.9lbs
    Nov 13: 101.9kg/224.6lbs

    Average calories eaten 2450
Dropped protein to 195g from 235g as I haven't exercised all week due to the Lockdown in England.
Had a week letting old injuries and niggles recover. Usually have no more than 48hrs off from the gym so its been nice to rest fully.
Used body fat calipers this week and they gave a result of 19% which is fair.
I have had my Mountain Bike repaired and going to put some miles on the clock today and tomorrow before hitting a full body workout monday with whatever heavy items I can find in the garden.
Main goal is to keep to the 2450 weekly average.
I haven't felt too hungry or lethargic and it seems to be making those scales drop.
Maybe dropping a bit too quick but 19% bodyfat and I work shifts so sometimes like last week my weigh in was after a 12hr night shift so i was full of water and food.
Within touching distance of my goal its mine to lose now.
Good luck this week everyone stay strong!

Plans changed quickly this week when I got sick on monday. Still pretty rough now.
Luckily as hungry as I felt, I didnt cave in too much and held on for my maintenance calories of around 2600.
Hopefully feel a bit better over the weekend and I am able to move forward.
Overall though still very happy with progress.
    The goal is still achievable
