    Road to 1200. Marathon, not a sprint.

    Howdy.

    I seem to be lacking something lately, perhaps motivationally.

    Current numbers are complete chit. Bench is only thing progressing at all. I have the fall/winter to up my game. I have always wanted some respectable numbers, so lets fukin do it.

    I did something silly to my knee a while back and scaled back leg day. Knee is feeling better, so time to go back at it.

    Stats:
    34 years old
    6'2, 240 lbs.

    Bench:
    Current: 285 1rm
    Goal:300

    Squat: (before injury 305 lbs for five reps)
    current unknown
    Goal: 400lb 1rm

    Deadlift:
    Current: been doing RDL, current about 250, sets of 10. 1rm unknown.
    Before injury was doing RDL @ 320 for sets of 8.
    Goal: 500 1rm.

    Probably will be longer term than just the fall/ winter , but will see what I can do. Will update program etc later on.
