    Cutting while injured?

I have not been able to workout legs since March due to lockdown of fitness centers in my country + i aquired a knee injury during the lockdown. Since gyms reopened in the start of June i have been bulking(+250-300 kcal surplus) to regain upper body mass, and prior to the lockdown i was bulking for half a year too (Oct. - March.).
I am at a point right now where my legs has grown tremendously small, and i have to wait 4-5 months for knee surgery (public health care, can't afford private). However my fat percentage is a little in the high end too (about 13-14%), so i would like to do a slight cut to cut off some fat. Would it have a huge impact on my leg mass to do a 1 month cut right now?

if you haven't been training legs in 6 months, you have lost a fair amount of leg mass already. does it really hurt to lose a bit more?

i'd just do a cut and only worry about legs after the surgery

To add: one month of cutting wont do much in the grand scheme of things.

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.

Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!
