I need to lose 8 more lbs and I'm done cutting. At that rate it's only 1-2lbs lbm lost.

Good on you OP for your weight loss.

I am glad your lunch helped you keep your caloric deficit and maintain satiety.

For me that wouldn't maintain my hunger longer then an hour or two.

I need a lot more volume and some carbs or my energy will plummet.

Bro I do intuitive eating. I go out, I have chocolate bars and oreos in my fridge.. just most of my calories come from high quality macros.

This is a life style. You have to make it sustainable.

Yesterday I had protein shake with 120ml milk 2 oreos and 2 scoops whey =540cal

400g of potatoes with tabasco and salt = 300cal roughly

    180cal worth of cheese
    1 tortilla 100 cal
400g of chicken breast roughly 409 cal
Another shake but without oreos 400 cal
Snickers ice cream bar 180 cal
30cal worth of bbq for wrap
If I had more calories I forgot what else I ate but I started cutting on 1900 calories losing 1lb a week for 9 weeks working out 3-5x a week very little outside activity. 10th week on I increased calories to 2200 and go for brisk walks every day. Losing about 1lb a week again.

There was 2 weeks eating 1900 with brisk walks I was losing over 1lb a week so increased calories.. at end of cut (16 weeks) I'll probably be eating 2400 calories and still losing a lb a week.

Dont force yourself to eat the same crap every day. Wat what you enjoy just keep most of it high quality foods.

Yes, I consistently have to deal with low energy but I am shedding the pounds.

Also, @Junsuiakai that just makes me want to go out for a McFlurry!

    ^^^This.

    Yesterday I had..

~ 4 grilled Chicken tacos w/cheese, lite sour cream, hot sauce, tomatoes & lettuce with Ole High fiber tortilla wraps (two at lunch, two at dinner)

~ 1 Quart of high protein "ice cream" made from almond milk, chocolate protein powder, stevia, Hershey's dark cocoa powder with a Fiber-one chocolate brownie mixed into it

    ~ cup of blueberries

~ 16oz of sugar free vanilla pudding with a Fiber-One cinnamon cake crumbled into it

~ Omelette with 1 egg, 100g egg whites, cheese, grilled chicken, Ole wrap

    ~ 1 small pear

~ 1/2 cup oats (oatmeal) with some sliced strawberries & cinnamon

    Total calories: 2,014

Today will be similar except I will be swapping out the grilled chicken tacos for shrimp w/pea pods and brown rice.
~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.

No, it's what he ate on one particular day.
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.

How do you figure? 2000 cals is cutting for plenty of active people. I don't think you really understand calories or nutrition as much as you think you do.

I’ve been eating a rotisserie chicken or baked chicken for lunch. Usually skip breakfast b/c I’m too lazy to wake up. If I do make breakfast it’s eggs.

    No, it's my cutting diet.

My average TDEE is right at 2600/day.

You need to buy better quality broccoli, it makes me sad how that looks.

Also for those macros you could have more variety without much more prep or cost
