How do you guys deal with sexual regret?

I really regret my early and mid twenties i didn't have many sexual experiences except for hookers and a few one night stands

Then i met my ex and i was jut really happy having sex with an attractive girl (in shape, lifted, small waist etc) but in hindsight i really regret it because this girl was like a once in a life time kinda thing. she was very slutty (in the way she acted/dressed) and pretty much told me i could do anything with her. Ok i understand that but i worry i'll never get a girl like her i read online on red pill on reddit nad people say that most girls don't knw how to fck and are bad in bed. My ex was a real outlier because she was a hoe with a big sexual partner count but i haven't cme across a girl as good as her?

ya, to sum it up, a lot of guys, tons of guys worldwide, wish they were more sexually active when they were younger, sadly can't do anything about that now just like no one can change the past obviously, it sounds like, guys, men, were meant to be the only gender, sex, in the world, life, reality, society, to be in control of our destiny, to control our destiny or to not let life pass by, sounds like letting life happen to you is a feminine thing.
