LOL true. All he had to say was something about designating the KKK as a terrorist organization but he rambled about antifa and told the proud boys to standby. LMAO what an embarrassment. Lot of center right voters jumping ship after this horrendous performance.

Trump, Aug. 14, 2017: Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans.
Trump, Aug. 15, 2017: I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally.
Already been done.Being anti-2nd Amendment is like saying "We have too many rights, please take some away!"

If I was a in a large city I would be more worried about BLM/antifa than white supremacists lmao
I've met a few for business reasons other than being totally anti-government and they pretty much hate everyone they usually keep to themselves unless threatened
The die hard ones have more WW2 memorabilia than most museums too

He literally said "I'll denounce whoever you want, what do you want to call them, white supremacists? Proud boys?"
And Wallace gave him Proud Boys as the option and he told them to back off, even though they aren't even white supremacists so not sure why they were even mentioned.-always pick 4 crew

President Donald Trump told far-right neo-fascist group the Proud Boys to “stand back and stand by” when former Vice President Joe Biden and moderator Chris Wallace challenged him to denounce white supremacists — sparking both outrage and confusion on Twitter.
“But are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups?” Wallce asked the president.
“Proud boys, stand back and stand by,” Trump said. “But I’ll tell you what, somebody’s got to do something about Antifa and the left because this is not a right-wing this is not a right-wing problem
Many Twitter users pointed out that Trump failed to actually condemn anyone, while some were confused and concerned by what he meant when he asked them to “stand by.”

If im watching the 2 candidates for the first time, what am I thinking? He did not denounce them. IDC if he has in the past, the average voter isnt going to dig on the web to find the one instance where he has. I dont remember when he's done it in the past, say it again and ill believe him. But he didnt.
It was a dumb move plain and simple. Easy way to win/retain votes. But he didnt.
The point is to win over undecided voters, not to have your fan base make assumptions for you. The average american isnt following politics like y'all. Its something to be explicitly said whenever asked for.
Understand the audience and goal of a debate breh.....

I don't know, maybe I'm wrong?
You are constantly talking about it on this forum. There are dozens of threads about it on this forum every day. Millions of ******** moms with various profile pictures addressing it. BLM flags hanging on houses. Signs in yards. News channels have something about it every day.
We don't have to agree on the validity of any of it, but you're not seriously going to argue that it's not the hot topic right now are you?
