Hello!
So used to weigh 80kg/180lbs with a fair amount of fat before going all the way down to 145lbs. I then went on a very slight bulk while lifting and have been making good progress.
Just getting a bit self conscious about the stomach pouch. Do I keep going? I don't wanna end up spinning my wheels but im also scared of getting too fat again
