    30m, 150lbs/68kg, keep slight bulk?


    So used to weigh 80kg/180lbs with a fair amount of fat before going all the way down to 145lbs. I then went on a very slight bulk while lifting and have been making good progress.

    Just getting a bit self conscious about the stomach pouch. Do I keep going? I don't wanna end up spinning my wheels but im also scared of getting too fat again

    Tried taking pics in not too favorable lighting. Also don't mind the dumb tan, japan hot
