    I like oatmeal, whole grain wheat cereal, spaghetti o`s. ham sandwiches. Chicken breasts are okay. Tuna with salad. Egg whites with extra salt lol.. discuss....

    This. Although, if they count, I might have to go with pb/almond butter as well. A lot of people don't consider those "healthy" though, which I suppose is why it's not the best term to use for food in the first place. "Healthy" vs "unhealthy" is just way too context dependent.

    infact the food that is processed by human less is best... e.g fruits must be washed and cooled down ..but putting salt on that or mixing all fruits are also not good habits
