    Ciao! Where should I improve?

    Hello guys from Italy!
    (Actually from an italian living in Austria, but who cares).

    My name is Sascha, 33, male.
    Weighing 81kg - 15,6% BF.
    At the time being I have time to train a couple of hours a week and I am vaguely following an A-B split 3-4 times a week workout.

    My objective is to reach <13% BF before mid January (my 34th birthday).
    In the last months, I gained 4 or 5 kg during the pregnancy and now I want to come back as a shredded neo-father!

    How to shred, this I know, what I DON'T know, is about balance-ratios-which make a person look good.

    So I am asking you: what kind of pictures/poses do you need to see in order to tell which muscle groups I should improve?
