Smolov
Anyone here tried smolov squat or incorporated smolov programming to any of your main compounds?
If so, have you had any benefits and did your lifts increase?
I've seen the programming, it's a s8ttonne of intensity and volume, just worried about the induced fatigue inhibiting strength adaptation...
Or would I be better doing 5x5? Or a more linear model following hypertrophy, work capacity, strength and then power?
Any contributions appreciated fellas.
