i tried jack3d but it did not work for me i did not feel the tingling from beta alanine but my sister did. how come it worked for her but not me. but i tried crazed that shot hit me hard.

Tingling doesn't really do anything for you anyway
Beta alanine is a saturation ingredient if you want the endurance benefits from it, daily or twice daily on a continuous basis, it's not really an immediate effect acute thing.
Also as with most things people can become (fairly quickly) accustomed to BA and not feel the tingles anymore. Food or other nutrition taken around the same time can also blunt the effect.
So, don't worry about.

^^^That. Also, BA has very little value for most weight training and body comp goals. It's used in pres because of the tingles. If you're tingling, you're thinking...THIS SHIZ IS WORKING BRAHHHHH.

Well, she might have a higher bodyfat percentage if there was tingling.. what are your stats? (bodyweight height bodyfat percentage)
