Post Clean eating VS Flexible Dieting (CICO)

    Hello guys.

I've just now made a video on the the pros and cons of eating "clean" and why it isn't necessarily better than having a more flexible diet where you're allowed to eat whatever cravings you feel like every now and then.

Especially if you're newbie lifter, it's very important to be flexible with your diet so it dosn't tire you out and you're able to adhere to it. Fitness is about longetivy, not about who can go the "hardest" in.

It certainly would depend on what your goals.
If your competitive and off season then flexible dieting is a good way to go.
I would start to clean eat so many weeks before a show then tighten as the show date gets closer.
Novice lifters/bodybuilders as mentioned could use the flexible style way easier and make gains.
