Anyone got any tips on strengthening the add mag? Not sure if it’s just tight or needs strengthening but getting problems right at the origin at pelvis. Feel like all deadlifts etc just target hamstrings etc. and finding specific exercises for add mag quite difficult. Cheers

Deep squats and wide stance good mornings with relatively straight legs but unlocked knees.
I use a free cambered bar for the gm's so the weight distribution can move forward as I like that feel. (a similar effect can be found by doing sldl eddy coan style and letting arms hang and not drag up your legs)
After last session my adductors where swollen for 2dsys and tender, I know that's not a sign of progress per say, but certainly proves they did work. Closer stance I get my hammies, wider more add.FMH crew - Couch.
