    I bought a bunch of the tea then looked into it after IIRC you have to take the extract to get the benefits of the EGCG. Just not enough in the tea to do a much.

    7-oxo (keto) DHEA is a much more potent fat burner.

    even if its 40 thats pretty good, ten not so much

    i once ordered caffiene pills with green tea when i started working out. lol. i dont know why that **** was similiar to Craze. I was doing push ups like The Flash. after 2-3 bottles i guess i became tolerant. after the craze thing i wouldnt doubt that chit had meth and not green tea LMAO

    Yes and no. It’s highly dependent on caffeine intake. You can’t habitually consume caffeine. Fat oxidation was dependent on glucose utilization. You need a high dose of the active catechin with enough caffeine. And the results are minor.

    It's probably false because most published scientific studies are false. Whatever study originally claimed to demonstrate green tea can burn fat was likely worthless because most studies don't actually prove anything. Search for the 'replication crisis' or read about John Ioannidis if you don't believe me.

    there's a lot of evidence that it at least supports the whole fat loss thing, but u either gotta take a really good extract or drink a **** ton of green tea a day, talkin like 2 gallons a day or some chit, probably japanese matcha. i think in regards to burning fat it's the caffeine that's usually with the green tea and the combination of the ecgc. probably synergetic like the ec stack.

    Also OP, the caffeine might have a very very slight thermogenic effect but really the majority of the calories “burnt” are going to be the calories from whatever you would have drunk instead. If you’re drinking it instead of Coke or whatever, you’re saving those calories by drinking green tea instead.

    Green Tea has a chit load of benefits to it, I don't believe the hype about fat loss but the antioxidants and all the rich ingredients in it pretty much make it something everyone should drink at-least once a day
