    Calcium? No dairy

    For those of you who don’t eat dairy...
    How do you get the correct amount of calcium? Leafy greens?
    Do you even worry about it?

    Even cashewmilk has added calcium... between that and the greens, it's pretty easy to get plenty.

    Also many plant protein powders have added calium
    The power of carbs compels me!

    Kale, broccoli, tofu, nuts, beans, and fortified orange juice are options.

    Takes some planning to hit the target imo.

    Personally I do eat yogurt so I'm not worried about it.

    Not a big deal to supplement tbh. Cruciferous vegetables are your friend, for many reasons.

    Take one calcium pill every day (many are about 50-60% DV) and try to get the rest from other calcium rich foods or protein shakes - you'll easily get what you need without that much planning.
