    Question New to Keto and want to make sure I am Eating enough

    Hi all,

    I have just started my first ketogenic egg fast diet and after the first few days my diarrhea has subsided but at first, it was really bad but we are good now. my real question is because I have lost 16 pounds in the last 5 days but in the last 3 days I have consumed 30 eggs, 4 sticks of butter, 2 blocks of cream cheese, and a half pack of babybel cheese. Do you think I am eating enough or am I ok? Do you have a good way to make the diarrhea stop? Thanks, I appreciate the feedback, once I lose my fat I am gonna be doing KetGains to bulk up.

    Sounds like the diet doesn't suit you. Do a normal diet with normal foods - but control the amount of calories. That would be much smarter.

    That's an unusual first post.
    A good way to stop the skits is to stop the diet and probably just do a normal keto diet.
    Your probably dehydrated with all the skits, so a lot of the 16lbs will be water.
    Steak and eggs with some veggies would be preferable I recon and more sustainable.

    That's a horrible diet. No wonder you have diarrhea.

    When you do keto you need to eat lots of low carb vegetables. Fiber intake should be above 25 grams.

    Drop the butter and the cream cheese. Add bacon (or pork), hamburger (or beef), fish (or seafood), chicken (or fowl) or mutton (or other white meat quadrupeds) and vegetables.

    OP - Everything I just read on the Keto Egg fast is that it is a 3-5 day protocol to break through plateaus or to assist with putting the body into Ketosis, not a long term diet plan. Please stop this before you hurt yourself
