    Squat injury question

When I do back squats and start progressing in weight, I usually get to a point where I suddenly feel pain either in my lower abs or groin area (not always in the same location). It feels like burning sensation (like hot wax in my skin) then it fades away. This has happened several times in the past 4 years. I stopped squatting after each time it happened.

My doctor checked me for a hernia, but he couldn't find one.

Just for reference, I go atg with good form (or at least from what I've been told).

Any thoughts on what the issue may be and how to train around it?

You need to work with a sports physio.

Usually this kind of thing can't be diagnosed at a distance.
