    July 5th to Oct 5th to be continued...

    So I attempted a cut in 2016 and I went from 175lbish to 160lbish and this is what I looked like...

    4 yrs later after grinding my gears but continuing to get stronger, I decided to cut again, once again at 175lbish and now Sept I'm 160lb, same as 4 yrs ago but look dramatically different. [img]imgur.com/a/VnxQQKs[/img] & [img]imgur.com/a/JuIY8FI[/img]

    Not done with cut yet, so I'll update later, but it seems to me. I lost mostly if not all FAT and very little LBM. My strength has been sky rocketing. I won't post my actual program but it is Push, Pull, Rest, Legs, Upper, Lower, and I love it and can go balls to the wall each session with a deload week every 7th week.

    I supplement with super greens powder, multi, glutamine and creatine, and of course whey.


    I walk a minimum of 8 miles a day, and have actually bumped up my calories from 1900 for first 10 weeks to 2200 now, still losing consistently. I sleep better, I feel better and phuck feels good to be shirtless almost all the time. (douchebag mode)

    Fail at emb lol please somebody fix it will rep when I can.

    Bump. Need some estimates on how much size I put on in 4 yrs. I'd be happy with 10lbs lol
    7 yrs total training but you know it wasnt all consistent. Sometimes I was stuck at a weight for years.

    (a bit off-topic...) i've actually discussed this with someone in the past, but what do you say if someone in real life asks how long you've been lifting? i imagine it feels dumb to say "oh i've been lifting for 7 years" when half of that time might have been suboptimal or inconsistent training. do you just say the same "7 years total but not consistently"?

    I'd say I started 7 yrs ago, but I didn't really understand what I was doing for about 3+ yrs, then when I knew what I was doing. I wasn't actually doing it for another 2 yrs, so honestly all my gains came within the last two years when I dialed in my nutrition and training. lol and it matters cause I can't be objective about it. Cause it is me.. So asking the bros for some opinions. Did I put on 10lbs in 4 yrs? More? or less? I personally see huge changes that blow my mind, but I need to hear from my peeps.

    it would be easier to tell if your now pics were the same style as your original ones, but seems like you did great.

    Yeah I know, but I didn't plan to get this far, funny thing is though in 2016 at end of my cut, I was flexed and in pic 2020 no flex lol same exact weight. Trying to figure out an estimate on muscle gained in that time.

    Not finished with cut. I see my legs atrophied for sure.. I started hitting them 3x a week again few weeks ago. 1x a week wasn't enough lol

    Not finished with cut and worse lighting than I had in 2016 but it should be able to be compared now? Please give me your thoughts good or bad! Not to mention I got to get that 8 pack to pop.. I think I'll have to go 154lb the lowest, but I think I'll cap out around 156lb
