Hi there just a question for anybody who has an opinion on this it would be much appreciated.
If for example you do a push and pull day and on your pull day you are doing back and biceps.
Would it make more sense to completely finish off a whole muscle group or would it be okay to let say do a back exercise do full sets then rest then switch to a bicep exercise again full sets again rest and then back to another back exercise etc...etc... That way you get some recovery in between muscle group with this be acceptable??

It makes more sense to train back 1st completely and then do biceps.
The biceps are involved in many back exercises. If they are or become exhausted while still training back they become the weak link and your bicep fatigue will be the cause of rep stoppage rather than back fatigue. That is simply undesirable.
