    Bulk or cut?

I'm somewhere between 5'6 and 5'7 and 162 lbs. I'm a little bit chubby when shirtless (definitely skinny-fat) but when fully clothed I look a bit skinny (not too thin though). Should I keep bulking or should I try to aim for a recomp or even a cut? I been lifting since 2018 but I have made poor strength gains due to a medical condition called prolactinoma (basically a tumor that lowered my testosterone levels drastically). I've been on a medication called cabergoline and my levels have been gradually going back up this past year.

Given that your Testosterone levels are returning to normal I would eat at maintenance and jump on a beginner program to up your strength levels.
