    hello i am 14 year old benchlet

    hey, any tips to quickly increase my bench to 60kg (135lb) 1pl8 i am 14 almost 15 5ft 6 1/4 and my current bench is 50kg.
    any help appreciated.

    I reccomend a 5x5 for bench. Would only bench once a week. Work incline bench, overhead press, and dips to help strengthen the pushing muscles. Eat a **** ton of food, lots of protein.
