Exercises to get better at bench press without any gym equipment

I will be away from my house for over a month and I want to do some exercises that would help me get better at bench press, any ideas? I was thinking about plank and push ups but I'm not sure if there are any better one and I'm unsure how effective push ups and plank will be.

Train your whole body as best you can. Novices often seem fixated with the bench press but that alone is not going to make you athletic or look good on the beach.
