They have said a buncha times DLC isn't happening. But they said Factions 2 is happening. And I am hoping and think it's a safe bet based upon the past timeline and success of TLoU Remastered that TLoU2 Remastered for PS5 is coming.

So I'd bet the announcement that will be "worth the wait" is Factions 2 or TLoU2.... Or possibly both in a bundle or as some have speculated adding a remake of the original game in as well. My dik would throb for a full remake of TLoU with a TLoU2 Remastered.
