I had momentum coming down an overpass where he speed limit is probably too 10 mph too low. The cop even said that it was probably just momentum from going down hill. I was eating a burrito and I told I was so enjoying my bean burrito that I wasn't paying attention. He laughed, ran my info and gave me a warning.

on a serious note, when he walked up he immediately identified himself and let me know the interaction was being recorded. Im guessing that police departments are changing policy as far as their process when they approach people. That's a good thing imo.
