    Liquid iv - anyone tried it?

    I usually buy the guu electrolyte tablets, but the liquid iv has an absurd amount of positive reviews on amazon.

    Anyone tried it? Did you like it? Does it really work as well as they claim?

    Inb4 just drink water.

    It's honestly like 12g of sugar and a bunch of b-vitamins. I've gone through a bag of them and would say that they made a negligible difference in my level of suck the day after drinking. Too much sugar for me personally to want to drink them if Im working in the yard all day or something. Usually just go for Gatorade 0 and some BCAA's

    What will really make a difference (if you're wanting to know how to not be hungover) is N-acetylcysteine. Take 1000mg before you start drinking....another 500mg when you go to bed and 500mg when you wake up with some caffeine.....never felt better after a night of drinking.

    Thanks, helpful. Just trying to rehydrate quickly, and the thought of pushing a ton of b vitamins while expediting rehydration just seems really appealing.

    NAC is the best for hangovers. L theanine and lysine as well to combat anxiety if you get it

    NEVER take NAC after drinking as it can cause liver damage. Only take it about an hour or so before and then wait at least 24 hours before taking again.
