Name is Ben, 23 years old, 5'5.5 (167cm) tall, and as of 29 August 2020, when I had my first personal training session, I weighed 196 lbs (88.9kg) and now I weigh 190.3lbs (86.9kg)
I decided it was time to get in shape already. I'm tired of being fat. I want to look sporty and have a sexy body, etc. You all understand already. So I eat 1500 calories a day and go to the trainer 3 times a week and just try to lose this weight and get more muscular.
