Please tell me about how great the latest Fallout and Wolfenstein games were received. Yea, I am sure the "Sony fanboys" are crushed that they won't be able to get more of Bathesda's big games.

So, were any of you brahs successful in snagging a Series X preorder? I was like 2 minutes late and they were all sold out. Do you think there will still be more opportunities to preorder prior to the November 10 release date?

I have a feeling they always stagger consoles for release to see how many units there actually selling. Then for the next wave they do it again. Maybe something to do with manufacturing etc but just a random guess.

They phucked up Wolfenstein that's for sure and Fallout 76 sucks but you would be crazy to think Elder Scrolls 6 won't be a big game. Their IP's are still massive and all they need to do is release a proper Fallout game like New Vegas to be back on track. That and Doom is still a massive series that has done well over the years.

I like all RPG genres. It's just the Bethesda ones that I can't get into. And Dragon Age, tried Origins and it was horrible.

Their games have definitely regressed when it comes to pure rpg and they've been outclassed by studios like Larian, CDPR ..... But I think people really do forget the fact that they create super immersive worlds where "Freedom" of where you wanna go and what you wanna do is super niche and hardly copied by other devs.

Bethesda honestly still excels at that. Even when I finally tried the Witcher this year I felt the game was lacking in immersion/intractability like Skyrim or even Morrowind.

Pretty much, while they may have been outclassed thats only because they paved the way in the first place

Hopefully they knuckle down enough and get TES6 back to the top. I know its the rage to hate on them but hoping they can sort their issues out
