Big thanks to fugi for hooking me up with a tub of their pump formula
I used this pre twice. I was on a road, so mixed it with my nutrex outlift concentrate. It did make outlift taste a bit better too lol.
Outlift contains some nitrates and it was a deadly combo. Pumps were very good. My top 3 pump ingredients in descending order are : Citrulline, Glycerol, Nitrates. First did arms with this stack and then hit back. Today had legs day and I really hate getting pumps on legs, I can't walk then lol. Going to hit back/shoulders tomorrow and will use caffeine tab and pump formula alone.
The only thing, I would change is increase the dosage of citrulline malate to 6-8g.

Hit shoulders today and used 1 scoop of pump formula with a caffeine tab. Pumps were solid, but still, I'm lacking those 3g of cit malat two scoops it should be reaaaaly strong.
Flavor - 5/5 Tastes pretty well, zero complains. I got cotton candy, but to me it tasted a bit sour/citrusy. But overall very enjoyable
Mixability - 1/5 Mixes terriblyOne prticle got stuck between my teeth lol. But I expected that. Glycerol monostearate is basically a fat molecule. It won't dissolve no matter how much you try. But I don't care, it's one of my favorite ingredients, so everything has the price.

Yesterday, took 1 scoop of pump formula, 2g of bulk l-citrulline and 300mg caffeine. Hit arms with this program. Pumps were outstanding
Did 4 sets, 12 reps of each:
incline DB curls
straight bar curls
hammer curls
preacher curls
reverse hand cable pushdown
skullcrusher
kickbacks
weighted dips
Pumps and muscle fullness were great.
Today did back only. Didn't care much about back pumps so didn't stack pump formula with anything. But still it was enough for solid pumps. Even slightly helped me with the strength.
Will try using 2 scoops of pump formula on my next arms day.

3 more great workouts with pump formula
On my arms day yesterday, used 2 scoops with caffeine tab and it was just perfect. Pumps at those dosages are massive. Nothing can be added.
On leg day, used just a scoop with nutrex outlift. This is what i did:
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Walking DB lunges
Leg press
hack squats
4 sets 12 reps each and towards the end of my workout, I could hardly walk downstairs lol.
On chest/biceps day, used outlift concentrate with pump powder again. I'm still feeling slight lack of citrulline.
Last time, I didn't even mix pump powder in shaker. Just threw a scoop into my mouth. Bearable lol.

Had a flight to europe, so skipped a few workouts. Anyway. Had 2 pretty great workouts. Yesterday hit arms and today back.
On my arms day, stacked 2 scoops of pump formula with monster energy and a tab of caffeine. Pumps were very good and fug you were right. 2 scoops are my swert spot.
On my back day, used 1 scoop with a tab of caffeine (200 mg). Pumos were solid.
Bent over barbell row
Dumbbell row
Wide grip pull down
Close grip
Seated row
Lower back extensions
Did low weights, 12 reps for 4-5 sets. But 2 scoops are definitely my sweet spot.

On my chest/biceps day used a caffeine tab, monster mango loco and 2 scoops of pump formula. Pumps were honestly perfect, nothing to add. At w scoops, this supp shines.
Bench press 220lbs x 10
DB flies 25 lbs x 10 slow
Machine press 100 lbs x 10
Decline cable flies 30 lbs x 10
Db flies 45 lbs x 8
Db curls 40 lbs x 10
Reverse curls 70 lbs x 10
Cable curls 40 lbs x 10
4 sets.
On legs day, only used 1 scoop with a cap of caffeine. That was enough for a solid workout.
And on shoulders/back day used 2 scoops with outlift concentrate.and again, its my sweet spot. The only issue is mixability aand thats why I mostly dont even mix it and just throw a scoop into my mouth. But effects are worth it.

had to skip a few workouts due to exam prep, but still couldnt resist and hit arms today and chest yesterday. As a pre, used 2 cans of monster energy and two scoops of pump formula.

Did these workouts plus 6 sets of machine preacher curls. Pumps were very good. Did 30sec rest between sets.
On chest day, used only one svoop with a cap of caffeine. Workout was norm.

Finally I'm out of the quarantine and the first thing I did, hit dem arms. Honestly sitting in quarantine made it difficult to hit the same weights and after a little cardio warm up got pretty lightheaded.
Hit the same routine
incline DB curls

Used 2 scoops of pump formula and 1 scoop of nutrex outlift concentrate. I definitely didn't feel 400mg caffeine, but pumps were great.

Today hit back. Used only 1 scoop of pump formula and a caffeine tab. It was enough for solid workout, but still felt a little bit lightheaded. did 3 sets of pullups as warmup and pumps were good. but my sweet spot is at 2 scoops.

Workout was great. The flavor of pump formula is good, but the mixability issue doesn't make it taste that well. But when it works, who cares.

These few days have been pretty intense for me, but still managed to hit the gym. On my chest/biceps day stacked 2 caps of caffeine with 2 full scoops of pump formula and workout was very good. Honestly with 2 scoops of this stuff, caffeine it enough to be a stronger pwo, then 90% of pre-workouts. Slightly changed my routine, instead of hitting biceps only did this

Don't feel so tired after workouts any more, adapted after quarantine pretty easily.
Powder is still enough for a few great workouts.
Yesterdat hit legs. Used only 1 scoop with a can of monster energy. And that was enough. Although I loved using 400-500mg caffeine containing pres with dmaa, dmha etc. after a little break, even caffeine hits me pretty well.
Anyway, leg pumps were good, but leg cramps not so good

2 more great workouts fueled by pump formula. On arms day, used 1/2 scoop of own pwr with 2 scoops of pump powder and pumps were really strong. Although mixability was terrible, blue razz stacked great with cotton candy.
Workout itself, was normal. Aroung 175mg of caffeine was enough to wake me up, but nothing else. Pumps were massive though.
On back day, used 1 scoop of pump formula with a caffeine pill. Pumps were 6/10. At 2 scoops this product shines.

One thing I noticed after using pump formula, is that muscles hurt a bit more on the second day, which means, I've worked it out really well.These 2 flavors actually mix pretty well. Miami vice outlift + cotton candy pump formula.
On legs day, used only 1 scoop with monster energy. As before, bumps were pleasant, but forfull effects 2 scoops are required. As for the strength improvement, I haven't noticed much.
Overall, I'm loving the formula in pump formulaAnd a few servings still left.

Final review:
Flavor - 5/5 Cotton candy Tastes great, the only issue is the mixability, which kind of hides the flavor. It's moderately sweet and light even in 8oz of water. Often mixedwith miami vice outlift and it did improve the flavor of that pre
Mixability - 0/5 It just doesn't mix lol. But I expected that. My second favorite pump ingredient is glycerol monostearate, which is basically fat. Fat can't dissolve in water, because it's hydrophobic and this mixability issue shows that it really contains glycerol.
Pumps - 5/5 At two scoops it's perfect. I have tried various combinations with different pres. If you want it to last longer, I would suggest using 1 scoop and adding bulk l-citrulline 2 grams. But on itself, at two scoops, pumps just can't be any stronger.
Overall, I loved this pre. Even a caffeine tab or an energy drink was enough to have a great workout. For legs, I only used 1 scoop and that was enough to feel fullness of quads. But for arms, I would suggest using 2 scoops.
