How often should you be hitting leg day?

I’ve been hitting legs 4 times a week. It wasn’t so bad until I started working again. I’m on my feet 8 hours a day in a factory lifting moderately heavy things. I don’t feel to much soreness. But I have notice that it’s harder to do squats. Am I ****ing up my legs even tho I don’t feel any pain or soreness? Should I reduce my leg work?

As a general rule of thumb? 2-3x/wk. Training legs once a week is going to lead to excessive soreness and slower gains.

Any more than that and it’s most likely goodnight sweet prince unless you know what you’re doing. The Bulgarian/squat everyday programs are a good place to start if you wanna train legs more often, but you need to be very mindful of recovery on those programs. If you have balls the size of coconuts, there’s always the widowmaker squats and milk program.

Twice a week is fine. Try to do a heavy day on the weekend and a medium or lighter day during the week after work
