I have no idea where that time went,but what i do know, is that i never meant to stop training. It just happened... All of a sudden i was a week outta the gym,then i was a month etc etc and now its been 4 ****ing years. My diet has consistently been **** in this time,when i used to have it pretty nailed .Anyways , back to it.
Background info , i was training 5 times per week . Mostly weights,Cardio came from muay Thai , which i had stopped due to a move in location. i was doing a workout from a dude named Kelei which was pretty awesome. I was in good shape and now i gotta **** tonne of work to do.
Anybody else returning from falling off the wagon?
Don't procrastinate to workout. Sometimes "Later" becomes "Never". Think of that working out is like you scheduled an important meeting with yourself, bosses don't cancel.
