Maintaining 200 pounds but increasing muscle mass

I'm 16 years old, 6 feet tall, around 210 pounds but my body fat is higher around 25%. I'm having trouble increasing my muscle mass and losing weight. My goal is lose 30 pounds but regain all of it through muscle mass. Finding workout programs and meal plans has been hard and I haven't seen any progress so far. Looking for tips for nutrition and exercices.

You want to lose 30 pounds of adipose tissue and add 30 pounds of skeletal muscle. That should take a couple years if you do everything right (which won't happen). Best thing you can do is head to the nutrition forum and read the stickies.
