    I weigh 205 pounds and am 173 CM tall, can I lose weight by walking 2 hours a day?

    5 days a week? What about weightlifting hypertrophy 3x12?

    Not if you continue to eat equal to, or above, however many calories you burn in a day on a consistent basis.

    you don't need to do any walking as long as you're in a caloric deficit

    sure the walking might help, but it's kind of a vague question

    Also, hypertrophy isn't just a simple case of "doing 3x12". Read the size vs. strength sticky thread in the workout programs forum. It's more likely that a novice 3 day a week routine will suit your goals better. You can choose All Pros routine if you prefer but you'd probably get similar results from any of the ones we recommend.

    Read the sticky threads in general - it saves us typing out all the same FAQs again and again - you will still have the same amount or reading to do either way - this way it's just better structured.

    Need to be consuming less calories to lose weight. Find a calculator online for determining your maintenance calories, then drop that by 500 (to lose approximately 1 Lb a week) or 1,000 (to lose around 2 lbs a week). Slow and steady is good too. The faster you lose weight, the faster it comes back so progress slowly. Good luck.
    Progress, not perfection. One day at a time.

    Stats;
    5'10
    176 Lbs (Goal 170)

    Current Supplements: EVL Stack; Leanmode, Vitamode, BCAA5000, Aminos, Shred Preworkout, BEETmode. Fish Oil, BSN Whey.

    when you’re in the beginning stages of learning about fat loss it’s best to read the stickies at the top of the forum. All your answers will be there. once you read and understand those your journey will be much easier with the gained knowledge.

    The main bullet point will be to consistently take in fewer calories than you burn.
    If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
