The house is worth fuk all compared to 10 acres of prime land. In fact, most houses aren't worth more than a fraction of the land price in prominent areas.
Looks like the riots have taken a toll on apartment prices though. Whopping 6 grand for a brand new apt. I'll take 15 of those please.

that isnt really secluded in the hill that greatly , its right off a street that is heavily traffic , I live like 4 minutes more up the hill from there . Its better than being in the city of course and you are in between the city and valley which is nice but la is still getting more cucked by the day. Funny because it used to be that everyone would pay more to be in the hills 20 years ago and then the last 10 years being in the flats caught up, makes no sense to not buy in the hill when its the same price.

Interesting, before LA got so bad I used to fantasize about living in the hills, but I could see the drawbacks of navigating the narrow maze of roads day in and day out. Ultimately though, its not close enough to Disneyland, and I can't really imagine living there with all the troubles.
