Hi, two scenarios
SCENARIO A
--------
moderated protein-fat-carbs 1500 kcal
SCENARIO B
--------
or High protein-carbs and moderated fat with more series/reps and more cardio (the scenario A has cardio too) 2500 kcal
Same total calories burnt at last,
Which one will provide more gains and less fat and why?
thanks!!!!!

1500 kcal vs 2500 kcal what's better for a natural to grow while loosing fat.

If everything else was equated, calorie burn included, and assuming they both hit their minimums for protein and fat, the person consuming more calories will have more fat gains and more POTENTIAL muscle gains. Since calorie burn is equal, the person eating 2.5k has 1000 extra calories to go towards recovery, adaptation, and storing potential. They will gain more fat surely, and maybe more muscle.
However, I can't see anyone (especially males) having much success building any kind of muscle eating 1.5k calories...
EDIT: To add, even with everything being assumed to be equal, the question is complicated and doesn't have a correct sure-fire answer.Life is constant learning. Give advice about things you know. Ask questions about things you don't.
