Detroit and Cleveland could give them a good run for their money. The difference is Mike Brown is so cheap. The Fords and Haslett want to win, they just keep making bad decisions.

Burrow is great, now if they could get an offensive line and a defense to stop the run, they might have something.

Daniels and Atkins didn’t play from what I heard. If that is true then those 2 would have Most likely made a huge difference last night. Doesn’t solve their o line issues, but I think they’ll be better this year than most thought and challenge teams to play decent football

Yeah hes good. Just depends on the organization as a whole if they are gonna help him out. If they still suck hes basically stuck in purgatory until his contract ends and he gets with a legit team

Burrow seems super legit as far as the eye test goes after two games. Sucks he is stuck on the Bengals for the next few years at least, but it's close to his hometown so that's cool. That team just has absolutely nothing going for it though, aside from him at this point. Which sucks cus Cinci is a nice city.

Atkins is such a stud, I heard he was out. O-Line is always an issue with them. Need to get John Ross some touches in open space. Right now, Burrow is making the plays, as he gets more confident, and more time, Ross will be a weapon.

The Lions are worse. The last 30 years we’ve had:

Best RB in franchise history (top 2-5 all time)- won absolutely nothing
Best WR in franchise history (one of the most physically gifted of all time)- won absolutely nothing
Best QB in franchise history- won absolutely nothing.

The Ford family doesn’t care about winning. Fans still show up. They still make their money. Lions have won a single playoff game with any of those above players, and it was their only playoff win in over 60 years. Browns have 7 in that same timeframe. Bengals have 5 in their 40 years.

I completely understand that but he was special last year. What I think really set him apart was you could actually see him getting better as the season went on. Look at some of the earlier games and compare them to later ones and it's a big change. Nothing rattled him, he was better under pressure than he was under no pressure (only QB like that last year), truly got better every game, etc.

Joe Brady did something with Burrow, man. Compare Burrow's 2018 stats to 2019 and it's like holy ****, but there was just something that truly made me believe he'd be a great NFL QB last year.

Ross is a complete bust at this point and not getting resigned at the end of the year. #9 pick in the 2017 draft with 4.22 speed and has done absolutely nothing. Doesn't fight for the ball, runs half assed lazy routes, is always injured and can't catch without using his body. Dude doesn't even really look that fast out there either.
