Used to bench 275x8 at 19 so idk, its kinda possible if its 1rep
And i was 172lbs btw
Edit just saw his physique, deff attainable natty, hes not even big and extremely shredded, lightning and pump plays a huge role.
His physique being attainable natty doesnt mean that he is tho, but doesnt look juiced

Lol no. One of my old training partners was young and benched 385lbs at 19. Got real thick over a year. Thought he was just built for it and he ate a ton.
Told me he was on orange juice and oral B toothpates.
Kid ain't natty. Every guy in the gym I used to compete with for numbers (from afar), I come to find out was on while I wasn't haha. So many kids do it it's insane.

I could care less if someone is natty or not but you underestimate how many freaky people there are.
I knew a kid in high school that squatted 405 at about 160lbs as a 16 year old for football testing and he did not lift at all. I was always trying to get him to lift but he hated lifting. He wanted to drink and **** girls.
A young guy with high natural testosterone can be trained to bench 375. It is a really nice bench but training does actually work. I mean I don't know why you would be natural if you are gifted but there are gifted people who are natural.

Several kids at my HS hit 400lb+ bench press at 17-18. It’s not that unbelievable. I know at least one was natty. Not sure about the others.

Sometimes you can tell, this video is not an example. He may be natty and that is possible. The question should really be worded: "Is this guy a genetic anomaly or still pretty good genetics + tech?
There's always a person out there who is freakishly strong but you can't tell because they are natty. Like this guy:

You're in for a cruel pill awakening if you think that kid has ever been natural
He'll be dead before 30 if he keeps that level of use up

2nd video: 480 lbs/218 kgx1 (Sumo Deadlift)
3rd video: 425 lbs/193 kgx1 (Squat)

Typical for someone who benched the first day they were in the gym and has been doing it for years
Would have only recently in the last year starting squatting and deadliftingTwinkcel fitness log

Look at his IG for fuk sake. There are lifters that arent even half as narcissistic as this guy that add sauce to their chicken.
Does he really seem like the type of person that would want to stay natty because they're more concerned for their health over their image?RIP Zyzz and Greg Plitt

Absolutely not.
Dead giveaway is the kid has no mass at all.
There's no way to get the retention needed to bench that kind of weight without being a total mass monster. Namely, because the heart is such an energy hog, and burns up all your nitrogen/metabolites in that area. It competes with the brain, another energy hog, which burns up a ton more... ...
