    Two points mate

We're not always going to be positive and live life with a smile because that's narcissistic however it has such a beneficial effect for the mental and physical stature when you're positive about the things you're passionate for the most whether it's a hobby or an interest.

Second point is that some people just say ''just be more confident in yourself'' but in reality, you can't just acquire this certain mentality in an instant. It takes trial and error in order to see your actual true potential and it's true that 'you should always try and fail then fail to try' because that's how you learn about your strengths and weaknesses but 'being confident in yourself' doesn't just come in one day and getting out of your comfort zone helps in that regard but it's a milestone, step by step journey of your life to understand your own limitations and break them but truly the best way to be positive is to meet your own expectations, not the expectations of society because once you die, there is nothing else, no opinions of others, no requirement from people and definitely no expectations from people.

So live your life to your own accord and always remember, forgiveness and compassion but stern, confident and committed

It can be difficult to know where to begin. Although you may not realize it, you are sublime. The dreamscape is calling to you via bio-electricity. Can you hear it? How should you navigate this karmic solar system? If you have never experienced this revolution of the creative act, it can be difficult to live. To wander the quest is to become one with it. The goal of psionic wave oscillations is to plant the seeds of chi rather than yearning. Nothing is impossible. Life is a constant. We live, we grow, we are reborn. Fulfillment is the driver of understanding.

Ah yes I have partaken in the sweet voyage of the karmic solar system; it can be daunting equally as much as it is thrilling! The perpetual flow of time and cosmic vibrations, echoing through eternity in my soul, bouncing and ricocheting off of yours. It's a feeling of what I could only imagine would be the closest thing to divine I could ever muster up the vibrations in my cascading mind to think of. I can hardly express my self! Life comes full circle but then it swings back to the other half, comparable to a pendulum stuck in its rhythm. Tick tock as the second hand swings, we are gallivanting to dimensions that go far beyond the solar flow. I love what you said about how we live and how we grow and then continue to be reborn, those are very true things. Life ends but it comes back and it keeps going.

If it makes you genuinely happy go with it, but usually people who sacrifice in other´s benefit end up full of resentment, like friendzoned white knights.

Helping others will make you feel great, but from a position of fullness and genuine generosity, and you will be in that position once your own happiness is taken care of.

Study stoicism. It really helps when stuff would normally get you down.

An amazing book for men is No More Mr. Nice Guy. It teaches you how to get rid of the people pleaser inside you, because 99% of the time that's due to trauma or selfishness. It doesn't mean you become a jerk, it just means your motivation comes from a truly proper place.

Reading and verbosity does not confer enlightenment.
Strength is the most general adaptation one can obtain. Strength is called upon any time force is required and the stronger you are the more force you produce. Not every force application involves maximum force production, but the stronger you are, the better you're able to produce force in situations where strength must be used repeatedly, quickly, slowly, irregularly or differently, in positions of balance or imbalance, fresh or fatigued, distracted or focused, for seconds, hours or days.

    I'm #12 in Y2J's "club"...and I'm scared.

Some heroes sacrifice their lives for what they believe in.
Others sacrifice their power to stand up for the common man.

This week on The Buff and the Beautiful: With Andrew near death, Dakota goes on the warpath. Is anyone safe?

We look at suffering the wrong way. When we look at suffering from a different angle its stops paralyzing us and preventing us from achieving our goals...

Suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.

Suffering is only the mountain we must climb to attain the beautiful view...Without the climb, there is no view.

Blood is rushing into your muscles and that's what we call The Pump. You muscles get a really tight feeling, like your skin is going to explode any minute, and it's really tight - it's like somebody blowing air into it, into your muscle. It just blows up, and it feels really different. It feels fantastic.
It's as satisfying to me as, uh..."
