    Pain at base of skull

    Hey all, first time posting here. I've been letting myself get out of shape for a while due to some injuries that came to a head when at the gym.

    For a long while, whenever I do pullups or dips, I get a really weird pain at the base of my skull on either side, a sensation like a lot of tension or pinching. It's gotten bad enough before that I almost blacked out. Anyone experienced anything similar, and if so, know how to fix it? I really want to get back in shape.
