    Question Lost deadlift strength

During lockdown the gyms closed but I had weights at home I carried on my program however deadlifts I would only do defecit. So for 4 months I was only doing defecits and now gyms have reopened ive gone back and can only deadlift 70% of what I was doing before.
Any tips or help to get it back ? I have already done a 2 week deload which made no difference. My squat and bench has improved greatly however so it makes no sense to me. Maybe I try lowering the weight and upping the reps to like 8-12 for a few weeks ?

clean triples at 7 or so, lots of them.

I'd save 8-12 for assistance like good mornings, RDL etc
