    I'm semi srs. You loosen up the shoulders a bit when you supinate. Shoulder health is more commonly correlated with OHP, as I see.

    Just do dumbbells and turn them in 45 degrees, there's nothing shoulder healthy about any kind of bb pressing, especially extreme variants

    I do semi-reverse grip backdown sets on DB press and they feel pretty good, but would never do it for a max effort work set.

    I barely ever squat,bench or deadlift anymore and still progressing with less joint pain.

    I stick to the converging chest press machine we have at my gym, when I max that out for weight, I’m gonna use the flat hammer strength bench we have that converges the same way at the top. We don’t have the Seated lever machine unfortunately.

    I do semi-reverse grip backdown sets on DB press and they feel pretty good, but would never do it for a max effort work set.
