Can't get rid of my belly...

Can't get rid of my belly. I 've tried many diets and exercises. I am quite slim but this these few pounds in my belly are distressing me.

I'm not sure what is the problem. I seat at the computer many hours and may be my hip muscles got tightened. What should I do?

How many calories per day did you most recent diet have?

How long were you on it? How much did your weight change?

a diet or exercise is not the solution - losing fat is

you may or may not want to do that depending on your current height/weight

    Eat less & move more.

That is literally the only way to lose fat, which will NOT just come off your belly but from all over your body as well.

You said in your OP that you sit at your computer many hours a day. Unless you eat\drink in a consistent weekly calorie deficit you won't lose.

You need to eat less calories. Expect to be hungry, that's just life on a diet.

    Please post a photo OP.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Unless you are over 6' 6" tall, "Quite slim" & "250 lb" is not going to happen.

You CAN get rid of it. You just need to cut down calories intake.
