Break from powerlifting...can anyone recommend a BBing routine?
I've been doing powerlifting routine for so long, I feel like taking a break and doing something completely different. But not sure what is a good bodybuilding program. ANy suggestions?
barbell medicine hypertrophy templates are decent.
RTS also have templates now, and one is a 16 week hypertrophy.
I don't know what it's like for sure but I trust RTS more than any others to put out good stuff
