One time this bear surprised me in my room so I produced my sword and cut a little piece of its fur off which scared it and it ran away. That was the fastest cut I've ever done mostly because I was scared.

Pretty good. Started August 25th at 232 and today I'm 218. I post this because I'm interested in people's fast weight loss and how they got through it.

I had bad case of mono in college and went from 190-158 in 4 weeks. I looked like a holocaust survivor, but within a couple weeks my muscles filled in and I enjoyed that extremely low body fat.

104 pounds in 6 months? How?

Reduced from 8000-9000 calories a day to about 3000. Cut out all starches (rice, taters, pasta, bread). Did 2 hours of cardio a day, fasted, am and pm sessions. Drank nothing but water, obviously. It worked.
