Did your doctor clear you to weigh train?

If yes then can you perform all the major exercises without pain (even when adding a challenging amount of resistance)?

Yes ^^^make sure your doctor gives you the ok.
Not many here are medical professionals so the advise can be just speculation for the most part.

I fell and had to have nine pins and a plate put into my left ulna. It will never be 100% but with corrective therapy (and my doctor clearing me) I am just as strong as I was before I had the surgery.

That said- it depends on you, on your arm, and the extent of your own personal injury. Everyone is different. This is a conversation you need to have with your doctor- preferably an orthopedic sports medicine specialist. If you're anywhere near NY I have a good recommendation for one.
