Good showcase. Price confirmed but still no hardware shown. Makes me think they aren't happy with the final design, hopefully not another turbine engine mistake. The PS Plus Collection info was a little light, is that just a temporary thing or will that become their version of Gamepass eventually? And no subsidized pricing option like Xbox All-Access. That's gonna be a mistake I think. And nothing shown that really shows off the SSD, no loading from UI or game switching to show it off. Not feeling the confidence I thought Sony would bring in this showcase.

As an xboxcel the only thing enticing is that demons souls. Spidey looks great but there's marvel avengers which fills that hole and the Harry Potter rpg will most likely be multiplat along with RE8. Looking forward to playing the PS5 eventually but not feeling the hype yet.

wow, the standard version will only be $629 in Canada, which comes out to just under 480 US dollars. so technically speaking it'll be cheaper up here. I skipped the PS4 so this will be a sure buy for me.

op id like to call you a fan boy and to shut up but i use to do the same thing with the dreamcast when it came out. I would go to the psx chat room on aol. And swashbuckle the room saying how psx and even ps2 sucked compared to the sega dreamcast. .

When you really ger right down to it none of us prosper from the success of any console unless we own stock in the company and as a gamer at the end of the day specs mean nothing its all about the games.

I mean you could play the worst rpg adventure game on ps4 and it might look really pretty but its not going to compare to the rpg adventure game zelda ocarina of time that came out over 20 years ago on the n64.

I wouldn't say flop but nothing too exciting. 399 price point for digital is pretty dope though. Demons Souls and Ratchet & Clank are really the only pull for me. Most other titles are multiplats and will most likely run better on Xbox/PC.

I wanted to be hyped and surprised at something in this presentation but nope. Both consoles at launch are going to be a little underwhelming to seems.

There was nothing last night to hype me up to get a PS5, Xbox has better gpu(not by much) and more space for games. Both at same price. Neither have convinced me to buy their console, probs leaning towards Xbox since it's better hardware same price.
