    Compounds and progressive overload

    So I am pretty weak now (and also skinny ). I have just started a full body routine which involves compound lifts .
    I currently bench 45kg for 8 reps and front squat 35kg for 8 reps.
    How much should I increase the weight every week(I train 3 times a week)?
    Also , I have a thoracic kyphosis and I was wondering if it's safe to do deadlifts with this condition provided that I force myself to keep my back straight during the lift.

    It should be fine, kyphosis would be fixed by deadlifts. try project physique from say no to bioscience
